Program description

ABS Consulting sends text messages to Los Angeles property owners to ask whether they would consider selling their property. If an owner is not interested in selling, we may ask whether they are interested in buying property. Replies are handled by Jordan Petito, who may follow up to schedule a call or answer questions. Every message identifies ABS Consulting.

Example message:

ABS Consulting: Hi [First Name], this is Jordan. Would you ever consider selling your building at [Street]? Reply YES or NO. Reply STOP to opt out.

How you opt in

You can agree to receive text messages by checking the optional, unchecked text-message consent box on our contact form, or by texting START to our number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies, typically about 1 to 4 messages per conversation.

Opting out (STOP)

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message (STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, and OPTOUT also work). You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages:
