- To respond to your inquiries and requests.
- To contact Los Angeles property owners about their property, including whether they would consider selling or are interested in buying.
- To schedule and hold calls and follow-up conversations.
- To send text messages to people who have agreed to receive them, and to keep records of consent and opt-out requests so we honor them.

Text messaging and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. Apart from the text messaging commitments above, which always apply, we may share information only:
- with service providers that help us run our business (for example, website hosting, email, and record-keeping tools), only so they can perform services for us and not for their own marketing; or
- when required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Your choices and opting out
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again (for example by replying START).

- Access and deletion: you can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us below. California residents may have additional rights under California law, and we will respond to requests as required.
Data retention and security

Children
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
